This does NOT have side pillows
Overall this is good seat. It is light weight and seems pretty sturdy. However the turbobooster comes in many models of which it is difficult to tell the subtle differences. I bought this one because the description says it comes with the Gracopedic luxury foam on the seat and padded side pillows. But contrary to the item description this does not come with the side pillows.
Babies R Us offers similar models with both the upgraded seat and side pillows--they are called Abbey or Roanoke. This is the only model that comes with the neck pillow.

If you own it READ THIS REVIEW!!!! DANGER do not buy!
I had purchased two of these units from WalMart and had found a serious problem. Both units fail after adjusting the harness adjustment strap (pg. 8 of instruction book). The failure is this after an adjustment is made the harness release lever fails to cinch down tight enough on the harness adjustment strap to prevent slippage of the strap. I have made adjustments then placed my arm in the harness and pulled the harness adjustment strap loose enough to cause serious compromise to occupant safety. I have repeated this several times on both seats. Since contacting Consumers Reports U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) Dorel Juvenile Group (manufacturer of the seats) and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) Dorel Juvenile Group agreed to send me two more seats in exchange for the defective seats. I received the two replacement seats February 1 2010. Upon inspection I immediately noticed one of the two seats exhibits the same failure as the original two seats. I find this alarming as I now am experiencing 75% failure rate on a car seat model that is top rated.

Good seat for toddlers
This is a solid seat that will fit well in most compact cars.
I ended up sending this back due to the fact that while the product description says it is for 22lbs and up the box adds a minimum height requirement (36 inches) that I did not see on Amazon. Quite possibly it's listed somewhere and I missed the line. Just something to be aware of.
